Preliminary discussion of event details: Date, Location, Event Type, estimated guest count, Complimentary Discussion of Event: number of items to purchase vs. the number of guests expected, guest time arrival, guest time of arrival/departure, beverages, budget, payment, managing expectations.
Thorough walk-through of event space, bar set-up/ access and prep all liquor, alcohol, mixers, wine, champagne, ice, water, garnishes, trash, cups, etc. for day, ice the rose/white wine/champagne/beer right away, prep signature cocktails, serve drinks, keep host and guest happy throughout event, assist with clean-up, assist with putting out food, build a self-serve bar with direction from host, bar break down and trash.
